Many people today only convey Jesus as a historical figure 2,000 years ago and say that there is no miracle. In addition, there is a deformed gospel that says that in order to obtain salvation, you must not only trust but also do what is right. However, salvation is gained only by faith. All we have done is run away from the Lord, sinister against the Lord, and lead an unjust and ugly life. However, because the Lord held us with mercy and compassion, moved us to the Holy Spirit, repented, and helped us believe in Jesus, we were saved purely by the Lord's grace. However, being saved and growing a religious personality are very different. Many people do not grow even after being saved. We must strive to grow up after being saved without merit by God's grace. We cannot grow without effort. Just as children are burdened and worried about their parents' hearts if they do not grow up properly, God is very worried if we do not grow up. Growing up to resemble Jesus is the ultimate goal of a religious life. People should recognize Christ at a glance. God rejoices only when our character and behavior resemble Jesus.

1. a change in words
In order to resemble Jesus, our minds must be transformed into words. What do you see to resemble Jesus? You can resemble Jesus through the Word of God. Now, like the 12 disciples, you cannot listen to Jesus while following him. However, you can hear Jesus' voice through the words recorded in the Bible. Because we read, hear, and meditate on the word of God, the mind is filled with God's power, and the mind is newly created and changed. Through words, the change of mind is made. When you listen to the word, read, and meditate on it, the word of God is alive and athletic, so it is sharper than the sword on the left and right, splitting the soul, spirit, joints, and bone marrow. Therefore, when you read the word of God, change naturally comes to your mind, and faith is created.
In Matthew 4:4, Jesus said, "Jesus answered and said, 'It is written down, but man will not live on rice cakes alone, but by every word that comes out of God's mouth." Just as we live on rice cakes in the world, our souls live on words.
Joshua 1:8 states, "Do not leave this book of law from your mouth, meditate on it day and night, and keep it as it is written. Then your path will be flat and you will be prosperous." It is to meditate on the word day and night and admit it with your mouth. That way, our path will be flat and prosperous. It is very good not only to read and meditate on the words of God as much as we can, but also to memorize the words. It is very helpful to memorize the words and pray through them if you have time to sit or stand. This is because words are alive and athletic, so if I memorize them in my heart and admit them with my mouth, it will make a difference in our minds. The Bible is what God said, which is different from ordinary words, so the words of God are alive and kinetic. The words of God must bring about change because they contain God's life.
Demodehu 3:16:17 says, "All Bibles are made of God's emotion, and are beneficial for teaching with lessons, reproach, correctness and righteousness, so that they are complete with God's people and equipped to do all good things." It is the Word that makes us whole, anxious and incomplete. When we, as God's men, cannot do good things, come in and give us the ability to do good things. It is about giving strength. As if words enter us, as if we need to strengthen our muscles and build resistance by exercising to strengthen our cardiopulmonary functions, when they enter our bodies, they build strength of faith, and they become stronger, and they become resistant. Therefore, Peter 1:23 writes, "What you have reborn is not a seed to rot, but a seed to not rot, and it is a word of God who is alive and always alive." The seeds of the world disappear when they are planted in the ground, but the word is that when they enter the mind, they are always alive and are alive and are motorized and history as the driving force of God's ability.
2. a clear determination and goal
The determination and goal of becoming a personal believer must be clear. After we believe in Jesus, we do not just believe in Jesus and live formally and consciously; rather, we must also change. We must have a firm determination and goal of 'I need to gain character religiously'. When we are born, our character is born the same. People with short temper, slow, narrow-minded, and broad-minded people are born with such character from birth. However, it takes effort to grow and change the personality of faith like Christ, and to gain character such as love, joy, peace, long-term patience, good faith, loyalty, and moderation. The personality we received at birth is inherited from our parents, but religious personality is something we must strive for. Some people are indifferent to personal growth after believing in the Lord, while others have not escaped from secular faith.
We believe in Jesus because we have an eternal master in our hearts, just as Matthew 6:24 states, "No man will be able to serve the two masters, so he hates me, loves me, or respects me, so that you cannot serve both God and wealth." Our hearts were filled with the world, then we expelled the world and served Jesus, the son of God. We have a new owner, so we have to serve and serve him well because we have a new owner. We have to lay down in front of our masters, take off our shoes, and make a commitment as servants. However, after believing in Jesus, if we put our masters in one corner and still live with the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eye, and the pride of this life, and live in the joy of the world, such a person is a lethargic person who has gained faith only formally but cannot grow.
Ephesians 5:8 verse 10 says, "Before you were dark, now you are light in the Lord, and do as the children of light: let the fruit of light be in all goodness, righteousness, and truthfulness. We are light. We were darkness belonging to the devil in the old days, and now we are light. Therefore, the fruit of light is good, righteousness, and truthfulness. When a man is kind, righteous, and sincere, the fruit of light appears.
In addition, in Matthew 16:24, "Jesus says to his disciples, 'If anyone wants to follow me, he will deny himself, take his cross, and follow me." It is easy to say, but practice is really difficult. In our lives, what I want and what God wants are at odds. In that case, you must crucify me and follow what God wants. Therefore, you must crucify yourself. If you nail yourself, deny this world, and follow the Lord, on the one hand, you will be a little disappointed, but on the other hand, you will be full of joy and pleasure. However, even if you are disappointed, it is reasonable to deny me and choose to make the Lord happy, but you have to work, restrain, and persevere and struggle. It is not easy. Nevertheless, if you pass on the cross and follow the Lord, you will be able to bear fruit, glory to God, and become the true disciple of the Lord.
3. the help of the Holy Spirit
In order for God to help us, we have to ask the Lord for his help. Usually, he forgets when he is good. It was good for the disciples to cross Galilee by boat. I didn't need him because I felt good when the blue sky, quiet waves, and tailwinds approached. I left Jesus alone. He was sleeping with a hand pillow in the corner of the ship because there was no one to talk to. But suddenly, the wind blew, the waves, and the water overflowed, and the ship was in danger of sinking, so the disciples thought of the Lord. We needed Jesus to relieve us from our suffering. Only then did they wake up the sleeping Jesus. "Lord! Lord! Please don't let us die because we are going to die!" The Lord got up and scolded the wind and waves, and immediately they became quiet. Then he scolded us, "Where is your faith?" We also have heart and eyes in the world when life is smooth and good and we don't look for the Lord. Sadly, we find the Lord only when we have pain. That's why in order for us who believe in Jesus to grow up, the Lord allows us to pass through the brooding valley of death. I don't look for Jesus when it's good, but when I meet the brooding valley of death, I start looking for the Lord only because there is no place to lean on him.
According to Corinthians 12:9:10, "My grace is enough for you to say to me, because I am complete from the weak. Therefore I will boast about my weaknesses with great joy because Christ's power is to stay with me, so that I rejoice in the weaknesses, humility, poverty, persecution, and hardship for Christ. When I am weak, the Lord is strong. When I am weak, the Lord's power holds me up. Therefore being weak is when I am weak, and when I am weak, I am weak, I am weak.
In Rome 8:26, he writes, "The Holy Spirit also helps us with our vulnerability, so we do not know what to pray for, but only for us in a sigh that the Holy Spirit cannot speak. He who cares about the mind knows the Holy Spirit's thoughts, because the Holy Spirit asks for the Holy Spirit as God wishes." The Holy Spirit is with us, holding us and praying for us when we are weak and shaking. Dialectic prayer is how the Holy Spirit prays for us. God listens to the Holy Spirit's prayer and helps us. The Holy Spirit of God comes and even helps us pray for us because we cannot do it on our own. That is why you are making us grow. Therefore, we must communicate personally with the Holy Spirit because the Holy Spirit is here to help us in all our lives. Without the help of the Holy Spirit, it is our loss. Traffic with the Holy Spirit is to pour out Jesus' grace and let us experience God's love through it. Therefore, if we do not communicate with the Holy Spirit, we will become a pie in the sky where neither Jesus' grace nor love can be experienced. Transportation with the Holy Spirit is the most important thing for our faith to grow today. Additionally, the Holy Spirit's grace can alter our feelings and wishes. Therefore, our feelings, wishes, and lives must be altered by the Holy Spirit. This is impossible on our own. We ask for the Holy Spirit's help.
4. the language of the world and heaven
We need to know that there are languages of the world and those of heaven. Language is a tool of expression of the mind. Luke 6:45 says, "The good do the good in the heart, and the evil do the evil in the evil in the heart. What is full of the heart comes out of the mouth through words. The world's language is the way of the world, and the heaven's language is the culture of heaven.
In Proverbs 15:4, he said, "A gentle tongue is a living tree, but a defeated tongue will hurt your heart." Words and character are companions. When you say ugly words, evil words, and hurtful words, you become such a person. However, when you say beautiful words, beautiful words, words of love, clean words, and spiritual words, you become such a person, and your friend also shows the ability to change the environment. Therefore, in Proverbs 16:24, he said, "Good words are like honeyflakes, sweet to the heart, and nourish to the bones." Words have the ability to change us and change our neighbors.
Ephesians 4:29:32 says, "Don't say dirty things out of your mouth, but say good things only as they serve your purpose in establishing virtue. Do not worry about the Holy Spirit of God. Until the day of salvation, you have been worshiped in it. Forgive away all evil, anger, conversation, and slander with all evil, kindness, pity, and forgiveness, as God forgives you in Christ." This is how it changes through our words. When I say evil things and insult others, my mind changes and so does my neighbors. However, with the help of the Holy Spirit, if you abandon all evil words, slander, and anger, and tremble, and say kind, pitifully, and forgiving words, the Holy Spirit of God will receive this and change us so much and change our neighbors. Words are what change our personality. If I say I like it, I like it, and I like it, and my neighbors like it. If you say bad yourself, I get worse, and my neighbors get worse. If you say you can't live on your own, you'll be unable to live and your neighbors won't. If you say you hate yourself, you'll be hated and your neighbors will be hated. If you say you're weak, you'll be weakened and your neighbors will be weakened. Words have the power to change our surroundings and affect not only yourself, but also your neighbors. As a result, words have the power and power to change our lives.
Words are tools to express our minds. They say that depending on what we say, our brains respond differently. American psychologists confirmed the scientific change in gratitude after a long study. When we say "thank you" and "thank you" in appreciation, the part on the left side of our brain is activated, relieving stress and feeling happy. Psychologists say that it has the same effect as pressing a reset button on a computer. Dr. Robert Emmons, a psychology professor, conducted an experiment on people aged 12 to 80, in two groups: one group kept a thank-you diary every day or every week, and the other group just wrote anything. So after a month, we did a survey and found that three-quarters of those who kept a thank-you diary became happy and showed better performance in their sleep, work, and exercise. When we say thank you, we get all those changes. Like this, words and character are companions. When you usually say nice words, beautiful words, love words, clean words, thank you words, your face, your environment, your life changes. Like this, words have the power to change our personality.
Going to heaven is the result of a life of faith. We believe in Jesus to eventually go to heaven. While living in this land, the Lord blesses us, and we are strong in everything, but this is not eternity. We believe in Jesus to go to heaven after the life of this land is over. If you become a person who emulates Christ while living in this land, you will enter heaven with that personality. Change is possible only while you are alive in this land. Therefore, to live a life that rejoices God quickly and in the afterlife, you must grow up to be a changed and completely religious person. Therefore, I pray in the name of the Lord that we all believe in Jesus and aim not only to receive grace in this land, but to change, and to strive to become a person of faith that resembles Jesus.
-Prayers-
Father of God, we believe in Jesus and are saved, but salvation is worthless, but personal change is received through effort. Effort is something that we must strive for and strive for, and we suffer from. However, we thank the Holy Spirit for coming to help us and for the Word of God to help us. Father God, because you rely on the Word and rely on the Holy Spirit, try and strive, please guide us to live a life that resembles the image of Christ.
I pray in the name of Jesus.
Aman!
